Last of The Helen Street Project?

The council shelved the project last week. They did receive federal appproval and there would be high cost to the community. The future fo the project remains unknown. The Democrats end their control without finishing the project while next year the Republicans take control and probably do nothing other than change the change the truck route.
And once again the trucks will fill the roads.
